Reviews for Beach Head 2002 in Action for PC-Personal Computer ( PC ) :
Shoot everything that moves - just like Beachhead 2000. Enough of a difference to make the purchase worthwhile. Here, you are operating on forces coming at you on land, rather than from the sea. Some differences in weapons, and foes from the first one. Better graphics, and the requirements were higher level than the first edition. There have been no formal game magazine reviews yet, Beachhead 2000's were rotten. Mags probably won't even deign to acknowledged this one
Nice controls, easy to figure out the control mechanisms, not much to it, really. Mouse controls pretty good, and you can change the tightness or looseness of the mouse. Really quite a no brainer, fun to spend some time with. The built-in cheat codes really can come in handy, and will probably enable the player to go as far as he wants to. In Beachhead 2000, there were infinate levels, don't know about this one, the literature does not address.
Graphics are pretty good, and do not seem to pixel out when the targets get close to the player. most of the adversary's seem pretty realistic.
The sound is good, the solders scream, the jets fly over and drop bombs and, you swear you feel the hit.
